Questions about a fee
Posting a project, browsing, and comparing bids are free. The only marketplace charge is the homeowner’s fee when you hire a builder through WayPoint, shown in full before you confirm; it appears on bank and card statements as WAYPOINT. If you see a charge you don’t recognize, email us before disputing it — we can usually explain or resolve it the same day. Our Terms describe the fee and the 14-day refund window.
Which WayPoint are you looking for?
This site, waypoint.contractors, is the WayPoint Marketplace — where homeowners post a job and find a contractor, and contractors bid on it. WayPoint PM, the project-management app builders use to run the build (budget, selections, schedule, payments), lives at waypoint.construction. One support inbox covers both — if you write to us about the wrong product, we’ll still help.
Directory listings
Unclaimed listings on Find a contractor come from public state licensing records. If that’s your business, you can claim it; if you’d rather not be listed, use the removal form or email us.
